拟皱唇鲨科又称拟猫鲛科是真鲨目下的一科鲨鱼。拟猫鲛的特点是第一背鳍基部非常宽，甚至比尾鳍长，但鳍并不高，尾鳍不是像一般鲨鱼一样呈月牙形，而是像旗帜一样。身体细长，眼类似猫鲨科。牙齿尖细，以小鱼为食物。
